Th350 problems lost?

Th350 problems lost? Hey guys i have been running a Th350 in my Cam only nitrous car for a few years and it started slipping so i got it rebuilt by the same shop. Since then i have had nothing but problems out of it. The first being it started pushing fluid out of the vent tube when i got on the car, so i returned the car for them to tell me the dipstick was reading wrong and it was overfull(same dipstick ive always ran??) So i pick up my car and it seems ok for 3 or 4 races and now the problem is back and its starting to slip again unless i put fluid back to the original level but now its back to blowing it out again?? And a new problem is it wants to bang starting off from a light?? I have probably driven my car 8-10 times since these rebuild and now the shop is out of bussiness. A couple guys are saying my case may be bad? I have a new set-up going in the car soon and need to get this figured out soon.
