Default manual valve body

anyone know where i can get a manual valve body? im sick of my transmission not shifting when i want it to. ive seen manual valvebodies in the 700r4 but not in the 60e. if they sell one i want it.

Actually the TRANSGO 4L60E-3 kit will converter the trans to full manual.

is this something someone with no experience in transmission (me) can do? and does the transmission have to come out?

To properly install the entire kit yes the trans does have to come out. To only install the manual valve body part no it does not.
It however is a little involved for the novice and instructions a little hard to understand

anyone buy the whole kit and not use the manual valve body ill buy just that. i dont want to buy the whole thing and never use it all
