Default Help extermely hard shifts

Hey guys tranny has 40K on it and is not a daily driver more like weekend cruiser. Any way I turned the key and put the car in reverse and it slams hard into gear. Same with putting in drive. When driving it persists slamming into each gear. Parked the car came back a few days later and the same problem continued. Any idea what could be causing this? After doing a search it seems I have very high line pressure. Car was never tuned and is not setting off any codes.

Tranny gurus please give me some advice I want to install longtubes but will hold off until I can get this fixed. I hope its nothing blown inside the tranny.

Thanks in advance

Thanks I'm off tommorrow and will take a look at it. Any idea what causes this? The car is not driven hard and has maybe 50 miles a week put on it.
