How much TQ management on stock trans.

0% here. About 10k since the stall, and 3-4k since the cam. Still going strong (low mileage though - only 48k now).
I run on street tires and have not taken it to the track yet, I probably wouldn't expect the same results if I was running on drag radials or beat on it at the track a couple times a month. Right now the tires are the weak link.

When my trans was stock, I tuned it to 0%. Within a week I broke my stock flexplate, prabably just coincidental. I beleive going too aggressive with the shifts is what shortend the trans' life. Proper tuning and you should be fine at 0%, I had to learn the hard way. I'm on my 3rd trany, but I also beat the **** out of the car.
