Default Tune and Stall question

Well, I sent in my Computer to get tuned by Ion and I told him the stall was between a 2800 and 3200 and he tuned it for 3200. Now if the Stall isn't really a 3200 is the tune really going to affect it big time? I have no idea what the stall speed was as the car has yet to be fired up. Just looking for some answers and insight really or if anybody else had this problem when buying a stall that had a 400rpm range. I got my stall from Monster Transmissions as well, wondering if anybody else got a stall from them and didn't know the stall speed till they put it in and drove it. Any info is appreciated

I drove my 3200 on a stock tune with no issues for about 2 months. Factory stall is about 1800 btw.
