Why is it doing it? And is it bad or normal? Any help is great!

sounds like you trans is not filled correctly
recheck it on level ground

Mine is also Whining a little it has 60 miles on it I'm just babying it for the first 150 miles not sure if this is normal or not? Fluid is full about half a quart over full.
