stall fluctuates.....??

stall fluctuates.....?? The stall I have is supposed to be a 3600 stall and on it used to only stall up to 2500 on the brake. Now all of a sudden one day it goes up to 3000 and then about a week later it made it all the way up to 3600, but now the damn thing dropped back down to 3000!!!! What's going on?!?!?!
