Where is the ground(s) that deal with any of the electronics on a 2002 fbody

You should have and engine to chasis ground nd a battery to chassis ground. Usually there are also several from the wiring harness to the chasis and engine. You would need a full schematic to find them all. But My experince has been with everything electronic in a car you can never have to many grounds.
