How much gain will I see from T56 to 4L80 swap? Thinking about swapping out my T56 for a 4L80. My best et as of now is a 11.08@124mph...what can I expect for an et with an auto?

Im in the process right now of converting my 6spd into a turbo 400 tranny swap.Hope to see some big gains i run preety similat times to you.My car though is set up for nitrious.Eastside performance is doing my swap there in Conn if you need someone to do it for you.There a sposor in the eastern section.
