Exclamation cooler fan question, and arp flexplate bolt question.

ok. with my peformabuilt tranny, im trying ot mount the cooler right nexxt to the tranny away from the y pipe, the cooler has a fan. im trying to install on the bottom of the car. should i have the fan blow air away from the cooler or into the cooler. i know that our radiators blow air away. what should i do in this case. and is moutning it under the car a good idiea? i figure that air passes through theiir so it shouldnt be an issue.

ok now next to the arp bolts. gm specs say to make a 3 pass torque sequence. but in a little paper that is included with flexplates bolts from arp it says to torque to 60 ft lbs with arp lube and 75 lbs if using 30 wt. should i put red loctite? instead of the lube or the oil. if no can i use the german castrol which is 0 30 to lube them up. let me know thanks.
