Default Is my trans slipping?

My car is a daily driver with a 3500 stall, about 70 rwhp has been added recently and now at least once a day the trans will shift into 3rd and immediately downshift, and shift into 3rd again. This is on the highway, not sure how it will react at WOT. BTW I did recently destroy the tailshaft housing, on the dyno I believe. Also the shift points are tuned properly. So whats the verdict?

Slipping shouldn't make it downshift then upshift. Don't know much about A4's, but my 94 v-6 A4 did that and it was a quart low on fluid.

A downshift then shifting back up would seem to be a control issue not a slipping issue

Interesting, also the car has no engine braking, the RPM's just float between 1000 to 1500.

Sounds like the car is having a EPC issue(electronic pressure control), if you have no engine braking the EPC may not be moving the kickdown band for manual engine braking..
