Another will it work question I recently bought a rebuilt motor with a bunch of extra stuff. I basically got a rebuilt 4l60e trans for free in the deal! It is supposed to be a performace rebuild on it and is from a F body. The guy I got it from did not know what year F body it was from. How can I identify what year it is from? I would like to use it in my 97 F body. He thought it might be a 94? I know it will bolt in but will it work? If it is not the same could it be made to work in my car by taking parts from my trans?
