Unhappy in and out of lockup

okay i swapped back to an a4 it has been a nightmare the trans shop has my car now the converter is new valve body and solenoids are new as well. but now that i got the first gear back the car keeps going in and out of lockup in overdrive? the trans place is working on it, but i just wanted to know if someone has been in this boat also.
temp switch hooked up
all selonoids good
converter new
what else?

i dont know what an a4 is, i just have an old car with a modern trans, 4l80e, lol-i only know the trans as 4l60e, 4l80e, etc
anyway, sounds like maybe either the throttle postion switch, or speed indicator-may be a programing problem-i know on mine, i use a Compushift controller, i can set it up with either a speed that it engauges, and/or throttle postion (%) to make it stay in Tcc-with the cam and mods, i have it locked up at a higher speed. and unlock at a lighter throttle %(eliminate shudder)
i would imagine the fact. ECU can do this also

mine did the same thing until I had the trans codes, which reacted from sensing the loose converter deleted from the program..I also had my shift points raised to get rid of that lock up /out of lock up crap.
