I run a 200-4R built for 600 HP. Not cheap but plenty stout. The nice thing is you don't have to worry about transmission controllers and still get the overdrive.

Feel free to give us a call if you would like to put a 700r4 in there. We can definitely hook you up! A cable operated 700 with a nice lockup system that will work like factory system would be the way I would go if it were my car. Like I said feel free to give us a call to go over your options. Vince

you prob have an 8.2" rear unless its been changed, ratio you would have to pull the rear end cover, but with a mild engine, you could run 3:08 gears, reuse the 350 trans with a tight converter, prob keep the rpm's down-if you want performance, 3.73 gears, then a non comp. o/d trans as suggested
more money, more choices, lol

I agree with Vince. A 700R4 would be the ticket for your plans.

The MSD just controls the motor.

Another piece of info for you... the 200-4R is the same length as your TH350 and will use your stock driveshaft. The 700-R4 will require you to cut and rebalance the driveshaft. Both transmissions require a different support, but the TH400 support is very close for the 200.
