Default Tci Valve body?

I have a th400 with transbrake that i bought used. I am just trying to verify a few things... I was told the valvebody was a tci valve body with rmvb. I took the tranny pan off and on the valve body were these numbers 8626577a. I googled these numbers and got that it was a stock valve body? WTF? Does tci use stock valve body castings and just mod them?

Pretty much every company that does valve bodies start out with a stock core and modifies them. Look at the separator plate and see what color it is and if there is a # stamped on it. We stamp a part number on the plate.
