Default LQ4 Flywheel and spacer w/ 4L60E, will it work??

Hi all,

I have an LQ4 that came with a spacer between the crank and flywheel. I currently have them mated to a TH400 with an LSx swap converter.

I'm converting to a built 4L60E out of a 1998 Pontiac Formula LS1 with a 4000 stall converter. Will everything work with the spacer and flywheel or what? Would I need a different flywheel/spacer???

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

pretty sure you will have to rem the FW and spacer, then use an LS 1 FW
i think the 4L60E converter has a longer snout that registers into the crank w/o the spacer

Then you should be able to find a stock LS1 flexplate/bolt setup pretty cheap then. That's probably the cheapest route.
