My trans is suppose to have around 270 psi on the clutches. Is the same amount of pressure in the cooling line?? I need to know this so I don't get too weak of a hose/line and have it burst. Also, what is the fitting/thread size on the transmission, for the cooling lines?? The trans is a 200-4R.

No, it is not. Typical line pressure at the cooler is apx. 40-70 pounds. Only the TH400 is higher.
