Question 4L80E converter suggestions?

Well it's time to get a converter for my '96 Impala SS LSx swap. I'll be running a 4L80E and I want to still stay pretty streetable. I'm thinking right around a 3000 stall speed. I've been looking at Yank's SC 3000 4L80E LS1 converter. The price is pretty steep, but is it the best fit for my application? I'm open to any suggestions as far as other converters.

What is your application? It is hard to recommend a converter just based on a car. Try Mike his name is vortechconverters on here.

if you have a blower or nitrous that one may be ok, but for motor or turbo i think it will be too tight

i had that one myself and it was great but too tight. i got upgraded to the 3400 and it was money.
