Default Need Help cannot get new tranny to work

i am repowering my 60 vette
i bought a high performance GM 350 crate engine dyno'd at 430 HP from a defunct chevy dealer
i bought a new TH350 TCI transmission A NEW TCI converter 400 stall speed and TCI flexplate

my installer has an auto shop a gearhead for 40 years build many cars
he now has removed tranny for 7th time
he has spoken with TCI tech help they say torque converter not installed right make sure you hear the 3 clicks
he installs tranny, bolts converter to flywheel, spins freely gets pressure of fluid in cooler lines, no power to wheels
he calls his local tranny shop expert
replaces front pump, no help, replaces valve body no help, i buy another B&M converter no help
he shims mounting torque converter to flywheel no help
i give him an article in this forum from LS! tech on proper mounting of converter he says did it correctly
he says if the converter mounts to flywheel and spins freely it should run
he does not hear any gears meshing when he shifts
just no power to wheels

I'm afraid I'm going to die before I get my car back

any ideas or suggestions

Default No Gears

I would diagnose it first. Do an oil pressure test. IF Ok then does it move in reverse gear or forward if no gears . remove pan and check manual shaft and manual valve etc. Just sitting here I find it hard to believe it was removed twice without fully checking why it does not work.
