1-2 & 2-3 Not Shifting!! Hesitation Bouncing Off Rev Limiter Every time I took off from the line under WOT the 1-2 & 2-3 shift would hesitate and backfire like it was hitting the rev-limiter and then finally shift. This is killing my 1/4 time. My mods are in the signature. The car has been tune by MadZ28. Do you have any idea what may be causing this? Do you think something is wrong with the trans? Any help would be great!

Like drop to zero at high rpms, I had a similar problem with my 95. When I goosed it, alittle pass 5200 rpms it would red line, speedo would drop to zero, then after letting off the gas, trans would shift and speedo would go back to normal. It ended being loose TC bolts. The loose TC would throw off the balance of the output shaft cause it to rub against the VSS, causing the VSS gear to stop spinning, making my speedo drop to zero, and causing the computer to tell the trans not to shift. This probably has nothing to do with your problem since your speedo isn't acting up.
