Default Would you buy this Powerglide for your turbo car?

Ok i am looking to buy an auto transmission for my 5.3 turbo. The motor is stock besides a ls6 cam, springs and retainers and ls6 intake manifold. The turbo is a mpt 70. now this powerglide says its rated to 750hp. i only plan on tuning my car to 600whp on 116 fuel. I dont have very much money for a transmission so trying to stay under 1400 with torque converter. This tranny comes with a torque converter and transbreak. So would you buy this tranny? what should the stall be? thanks heres the link

How much does your car weigh? I would not get a powerglide unless your car weighs under 2900lbs then you need a high hp motor to to push it or it will be a dog. I would just go with a t400 and a good stall.

Everyone has an opinion but what supports yours sir?

Powerglides work great with the pretty common turbo 5.3 setup hes wanting to run.

Keeps everything light a good converter and brake will give him plenty of spool and keep him in the powerband. Just my .02c.

Depends on budget and goals sir.

Neal chance is great. But theirs lots of good ones. ptc PI etc..

Stall speed isnt the most important thing really. Call up a few of the good converter shops see who you feel like you want to deal with, give them a TRUTHFUL(crazy how often this doesnt happen) goal how you use the car and the combo your running.

This is the way to get it right.
