Default Thanks Yank. SS4000 getting it done.

Had Dave build me a ss4000 for my 416/ls3 N/A and 150-200 shot build.

Brought it out for testing. Convertor hits hard. 1.42 60ft on 275/60/15 drag radials. Should go 1.39-1.40 with more seat time and good weather. Shift extension shifting at 6700 comes back to about 5500. Going through traps at about 6200-6300. Should be a fun ride on the spray.

This is a 80 bu at 3550 race weight.

This is about the six or seventh convertor I have used from them. All have done me well. Thanks Yank.

Going tomorrow at the Los Angeles Invasion to see how my Yank PT4000 does. I previously had a Tank SS3600. Looking to get into the high 11's.

I have owned a ss3600/ss3800/ss4000/pt4000 pt4400. That pt4000 is a nice N/A choice. Great shift extension.

Both the PT4000 and SS are great.

The SS4000 is 2.6str. But dont let that str fool you and dont think for one second it doesnt pull on the big end. My ss4000 pulls on the big end better than it ever has. Love this converter!

How much did you spray on the 10.8? Wet or dry? '60? slicks or DRs?
