Default Help!!---Is my trans toast or is it just my tune???

Well here is the story.

Trans rebuilt at a Dealership using GM parts.
Added Transgo HD-2 **** kit.
Had a Yank SS4000 stall.

Here is the problems.
I removed the stall and put a stock one in it.
Now it seems like on the 2-3 and the 3-4 shifts it lets go of the gear before it engages the next.
So it seems like it slipps very soft into the next gear.

Could this be a tune issue from when i had it tuned for the stall?
Or is my trans just toast?

Anyone have a good tune for a transgo HD2 with a stock stall?
Thanks

It just got really noticable once the stall came out. I have access to HP Tuners for the tune.
I guess if this doesnt help I know its the trans and it needs rebuilt again.

Car has less than 5k miles on rebuild.
only 3 passes down the track.

I am going to put the stock **** back in and hope that helps.

I just wasnt sure if i needed to changed anything with the TransGo kit.

i would say mess with the tune before you go through all that work of removing and reinstalling the transmission but thats just me.
