Default Trans lines

Running my new lines, and im using the high pressure hose and summit fittings and i wondering where to run the lines without getting too close to the headers. As of now i routed them up along the back of the motor by the trans dipstick and have them running next to the intake (not going to leave them there). I dont have the hvac in the engine bay so i could run them where the old heater hoses where by i dont know how to secure them on the frame rail. any pics or info would be great

I just routed mine yesterday. I had no choice but to run them a few inches away from the headers. So I slid on some DEI thermo insulation on the hoses in 1 Ft. sections.
This is on a GTO. I guess you could wrap a small section of your header too.
