Default 4l80e Video of some funky noise after pull

Specs:
4l80e
Transgo stage 3 (5-2009 erra version)
Manual lockup
PI 5 disk lockup converter

Issues:
-No 1-2nd gear shift when fluid is hot even in light load
-Also I let the transmission cool down for 45 minutes then did my first 1st gear pull with 440rwhp or so then noticed a funky noise which progressively got worse on my way home.

Noise is seen in video with line pressure gauge hooked up.

I suspect your noise is flexplate related.
Have you looked at the flexplate or tried to isolate the noise to any area?

Line pressures look OK.

1-2 shift issue is common with the TransGo -3 kit. I've seen it multiple times now. I found a fix for it but I don't use that kit anymore due to "quirks".

Does this 1-2 shift issue get fixed with the newer versio of the transgo -3 kit? Is it a little quieter than the previous designs.

I haven't used the newer style -3 kit. I have a different method for full manual operation that doesn't require extensive valve body mods.

The old kit wasn't "noisy" IME.

Well my transmission is yanked out and being sent to the transmission builder. Along with that noise as seen in the video my transmission had no 2nd gear shift from 1st if the transmission was hot. Or the transmission was heavily delayed to shift. So do you know of any good valve body options in case we just can my old valve body completely? I am seeking a vacuum modulator style as this is a street car for line pressure. Plus a push button lock up converter.
