Default m6 to a4 swap done

only took me 4 weeks (work sux) but i did it basically by myself with a little help from my brother in law. id say total time under the car was about 8-9 hours. very easy swap for those considering. i didnt used an a4 harness though. i kept my m6 harness and used the SPEARTECH adaptor. very nice peice and worked like a charm. also thanx to PERFORMABUILT and YANK for awesome stuff. ill have pics and vids up tomorrow hopefully

oh and as for the park neutral switch, i did a lot of searching and finally came across what i needed. you use the green wire for ignition 12v, black/white for ground, purple and dark green get connected to the lower clutch switch, the others are useless.

pm for any questions

congrats man, I just did the same but did a 4l80e, mine was not that bad since I had swapped from A4-->M6 then back to what I have now.
electronics was the main part that I saw as a challenge. I also had to talk to some people about the actual PCM tunning since it was a totally different transmission.

let us know how you like it.
