Question Stall converter question

I found a great price on a stall converter for my truck, but it is a 9.5" and wondering how that would act? What are the pros and cons? I have a built 4L65E with a lower stall in now and the one I am looking at has the stall speed I want........ and it's a hell of a deal.

How will it act?
Well they make 9.5" converters in a very wide range of stall speeds and STR's. Even one stall speed can be tight or loose from one converter spec to the next.

You might want to mention what the stall speed is, the approx hp of the truck, the rear gear, the weight.

I just didn't want to open up a debate about stall speed, brand, etc. Have heard 10.5 is better for trucks but never knew why.

It's a 3200 stall, not sure on the stator, approx hp is 350ish motor, spray is 150 shot, gears are 3.42 (4.10's in near future), weight is about 5300# I'm guessing. This new converter is going in with a heads, cam (and possibly gears) package.
