intalling a torque converter/cooler/trans temp gauge
let me preface this by saying, it isnt for my car its for a good friends 08 mustang.
ive never worked on an auto before and he got a tci 3K stall and trans cooler with an electric autometer gauge and asked if i could put it in for him. Ive installed clutches built motors yada yada how hard is it to really put in one of these. I figures its drop the DS, pull the trans back unbolt rebolt run some lines for the cooler tap the pan for the sending unit from the gauge and then repeat process?
also is there a "break in" period for these guys?
thanks
