th400 or 4l80 help

So i got a t56 as of now. But looking to go auto. I still drive the car around down alittle. But nothing major. An just alittle highway. Let me no what u think

th400 for strip or 4l80 if you do much on the highway. For comparison (with your T56), put it in 4th and add 5-10%, this is what a th400 will do on the highway cruising. 5th would be like a 4L80E.
