The project car I am working with has no hard lines and the cooler I have only has barbed ends for a hose/clamp. I found 2 fittings that screw into the transmission that are also barbed and setup for hose/clamp. Is it okay to run rubber transmission hose (bought at the local parts house) straight out of the transmission up to the cooler? I would rather run hard lines but I do not have access to a pipe bender and there is nothing out there that will work with my setup (th350 in a Mustang Coupe).
