4L60E shifter questions Im doing a swap into my fox body and recently picked up an ls1 from a 04 GTO. The trans didnt come with anything except a metal rod for the shifter. Does anyone know what else is needed to get a shifter installed on here? Im not familiar with this trans since im formerly a ford guy.
From what I can gather there should be an assembly that bolts to the housing, or is that only needed for a stock shifter setup? Any help is greatly appreciated.
