Default Built 4l60e not shifting 3rd at WOT

So I made the first "real" hits on the new setup, and third banged out at WOT. Had no other problems with the transmission before this (stock motor on spray) It makes a little more power than it did on the spray (500whp), car was not spinning or anything so I don't think it's a wheelspeed/rpm thing. It's a yank 3600ss, built trans with 65 conversion. Shifts nice and firm all the time. Any ideas?

Where is your rev limiter and shift points set on your tune?

I emailed my tuner first thing this morning to find out. I'll post as soon as I know.

Anytime you increase power you increase the rate the rpm climb at wot, While the previous shift settings could have been perfect now the rpm is reaching the rev limiter before the shift can be made. The time it takes to make the shift is a constant. You will need to allow more time from command to actual shift to solve the issue,

Bingo. Lets see where his shift points and rev limiter are. Bet upping the limiter will solve it

Update. Feel like my car has the clap. Can't get in touch with my tuner. This has been months. Probably going to have to go with someone else.
