Default B&m quicksilver?will it work with 4l60e???

I'm doing a ls1 swap into my 68 Camaro!I got a stage two performabuilt 4l60e!just wondering if a B&m quicksilver will work with the trans???

I know alot of people on here have used it on the 80... dont see why it wouldnt work on the 60. I have one to go one my 80 when I do my swap.

I have heard alot of people talking about modifying the shifter to work though... not sure what is involved since I havent done mine yet, but Im sure its not rocket science.

I talked to frank from performabuilt said it will work but of course the comPuter will run the trans!

Ya, you can pull it down into drive for when you are cruising or want the computer to shift for you or you can ratchet it down into whatever gear you want and manually shift it.

There are a couple of videos on youtube. None of them are 4-th gen f-bodies of course but you will get the idea.
