Default 4L80E swap prices?

If not allowed, please delte mods.

For those of you that have done the 4L80E swap into your F Body, what kind of final price did you pay when the swap was said and done?
I'm torn between going 6 speed or 4L80E.

Found a 2001 core: $150 (got a steal, was actually still running strong)
Had a shop rebuild w/ alto reds, kolene steels, and a transgo HD2 shift kit:
$1129
FTI 9.5" converter: $695
Lokar flexible dipstick: $92.95
Trans crossmember: $80
(2) -6 braided hoses: $83.90
Pure Choice 4l80e trans fittings: $17.95
(2) -6/1/2" NPT Adapter: $7.90
(2) -6 90 male to female swivel: $27.90
new trans cooler from swap meet: $10
chrome moly driveshaft: $250

Total $2,544.60 (+ trans fluid)

extra items purchased:
digital trans temp gauge: $59.95
trans blanket: $89.95
poly trans mount: $21.75 (I wound up re-using my stock rubber one)

Hmm. Doesn't sound bad at all.
Did you guys run into anything that was a pain in the a$$ with the swap?

You need to cut one of the ears off on the transmission bellhousing. Needed to do some clearancing and cutting to get the main harness connector to fit on the driver's side. On the passenger's side, I also needed to clearance/cut some of the trans tunnel to fit the the adapters and -6an fittings for the cooler lines (for the later style 4l80e). Would be fine if running stock style lines, but the combination of the adapters and -6an swivel would hit the trans tunnel, so clearancing needed to be done.
If you do a search, there are lots of write-ups of what you have to do w/ pics.

^I've been digging them up. But there are a lot of really old threads. Just checking for updated info!
I appreciate your input. Thanks.
