Default 4l60E Low line pressures, puking fluid out vent

Hi,
This is on my '95 S10 work truck. Tranny rebuilt 35,000 miles ago. After it warmed up(aprox 15 minutes) it has had a problem of shifting out of overdrive into 3rd when going downhill, and shifting into overdrive while going uphill since rebuild. Wouldn't hold overdrive on flat ground unless going over 72 mph.(then it would stay in until you slow down below 72mph). TC locks/unlocks as it should( press on brake and it unlocks then locks back in ).

Recently started pukin fluid out vent tube. And now sometimes wants to take off in 2nd. If manually put into 1st it will go into 1st(most of the time) then it shifts fine after that. But doesn't want to hold overdrive at all anymore.
Put gauge on it today, pressures are all low:
At idle- Park/Drive/Neutral = 60lbs.
At idle- Reverse = 80lbs
WOT 125lbs
When driving around 75lbs then surge of pressure when it shifts (to about 125) then back to 75. Didn't bother to hit the highway to check pressure in overdrive(don't wanna burn clutches)
Sounds like worn pump... but hoping for something that is fixable w/o pullin tranny? maybe AFL valve or EPC solenoid?
Any help/ideas would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Rick

Pump was not rebuilt. Checked over though, and looked good.
