speedo quit workin and wont shift out of first! ive tried 2 diff speed sensors car sat up for about 6 months and i got in it to run it down the road and i got into it a little about 120 and let off of it and let it jus coast and went to get back on the gas and it wouldnt shift out of first.. no signs of slippin or nothing. i have put 2 new speed sensors in it and still nothing.. it has a 3500 stall in it if that will tell yall anything.. any suggestions would b appreciated.. thanks

I would inspect the wiring for the plug that is used for the vss first. If I had to guess one of the wires has lost its connection either at the plug or a wire has rubbed through and lost its connection. Vince
