m6 --> a4 swap q? regarding wiring harness, firewall holes Two questions...is the wiring harness that is transmission specific the "in car" harness? How did you plug the holes in your firewall where the master cylinder once was?
Sorry if these a dumb questions! I am on my phone and it makes reading through a 30 page thread difficult.

The engine harness has the trans wiring in it. As far as the inside there are only a couple wires to run to the shifter.
