Default a4 to th400 driveshaft length

can't seem to find what length DS you guys have coming from 60e's to th400 with 10 bolts.

anyone know there Ds length? can i use stock with different yokes?

Install trans. Measure from tail of trans to center cap. With suspension compressed, ride height. Take measurement and get DS made. Most accurate way.

Can I just subtract the differences in length of the 4l60e and the th400 then add that to the standard 41" driveshaft length?

Call the Guys over at Midwest Chassis.... Those guys can tell you exactly what you need to know about your driveshaft length.

Man measure is the way to go!
I'm in the same boat you are. I have my TH400 waiting for the Stall and have finished my 8.8 and i going to wait to the end to measure and buy s DS.

I just measured mine last night with a MWC 9" im at 47 inches.

u could always just bolt in ur 400 real quick to get the ds length. Thats what I did

im going to wait but i was just trying to get a rough estimate to see if this 44" shaft i have will be long enough. alot cheaper to shorten then lengthen
