Ive been launching at about 1300 1400 budget sometimes it takes off harder than others, when im getting ready to launch i press the brake pedal all the way down with full pressure on the pedal and rev up to about 1400,then i launch,so my main question are am i doing it right? I press down until it feels like the car wants to go which seems to be at about 2500 and I have got 1.8 60fts with stock converter, 3.42 gears and M/T DRs.

But every car is different you just have to experiment and find the sweet spot

Wow 2500 thatw almost twice the rpms....ok cool im gonna try going a little higher and see if it starts spinning the tires...do you think your gears might have something to do with how high you can actually bring up your rpms before your tires start spinnig...because i have 3.23s

I don't know, that's why I said try it. It just happens to work for me. Just compare the 60' to see which way is better.
