If you're not spraying I would say a 3800-4000. If you are spraying I would say 3600-3800. Are you going to add gears? They will help a bigger stall ( which would make the most of your setup ) feel tighter....

A lot of people start off with a 3200-3600 and almost always end up going bigger

For sure I’m not going to spray (NOS as I understood ) no no ..

yes i will add a gear ratio 3.73

I know some times I’m asking silly questions but I believe that you have more experience than I do . Hhhhhhhhh

My question is, what does it mean 2800 ,3600 and 4000 stall converter ? what I understood that it means it will come alive ( start perform ) at these RPM … isn’t it .

While it is not necessary, it is helpful. It will shift faster, smoother, and (according to TransGo) last longer. Since the trans will be out of the vehicle for the stall, you can also install the internal springs (you'll understand when you see the kit).

I would suggest our Pro Series Stage I. Getting something with a billet front is a good investment. If a converter goes out, it will take the trans with it. With 3.73 gears, that cam and being mostly a DD, I think our 2C will be nice. But it really depends on all your goals for the car. I wold love to help you spec a converter out. If you could fill out our "Ask Chris" form and I will get back to you. The link is in sig....thanks...

Chris
