Default manual valve body

I am thinking of going to an automatic with a manual valve body. Can this be done with a 4l60e? Every manual valve body transmission I have ever seen has been a 3 speed. Ive heard that some companies make the manual valve body for this tranny but I cant seem to find one. I'm just wondering if its possible or not. I cant seem to get a straight answer so any help would be appreciated

Sure, you can use a Trans Go Stage III kit. Why are you doing this, is it a conversion?

I have the six speed manual in the car right now and I want to switch to the MVB because I already have a 4l60e which I'm planning on rebuilding. My personal preference is an automatic with MVB for street/strip use and instead of dishing out money for a new tranny I was hoping I could use the one I have. Thanks for the info I'll check out Trans Go.
One more quick question, which shifters can be used? I dont have a stock automatic shifter for my 99 camaro
