Default Need help deciding on Converter.. Not a noob though!!

Hey guys, just looking for input on my next mod (stall).. I currently run a 8.31 @ 86 1.97 60, in the 1/8th on Hankook street tires.. I figure with a stall I will be in arms reach of the tracks limit of 7.50 with no cage and for now I don’t want a cage.. In the far distant future the car will be cammed and sprayed (100 shot).. but for now I think a time slip right around 7.50 will make me happy because I compete in a "Street Car Shootout" the track has every year. Its arm drop and my class is "Real Street" meaning I have no cage and run street tires with a tread wear of 180 or better. I won the first one they had but now that word has spread I have guys running 7.60's in my class. My thoughts are to go with a 3600 stall now based on my mods and goals and I could always restall later to a 4000 after the cam.. I will run MT ET streets to get my good times during test n tune sessions but I am still investigating the best tires to run and stay in my class for the shootout.. I know I will have traction issues I could always move up to "Mean Street" which is the same as the class I am in with cars running less than 7.50 but you can run any tire you want..

Car is a weekend "toy" that see's the street just for cruising. It has 1.75 LT's, ORY, Borla, TransGo shift kit, 3.42's, Dyno Tuned, Lid.. Once I can afford a S60 and a built tranny then I will worry about cam and nitrous so it’s still probably a year or more off..
