6l90e 4wd to 2wd I just purchased a LY6 with a 6L90E with only 14,000 miles out of a 2500HD. I didn't do my home work and it turned out to be a 4 wheel drive trans. Is there an easy way to convert this to a 2 wheel drive? Is it just a matter of swapping the tail housing? If so does anyone have the GM part numbers or does someone make an aftermarket adapter?
