Default Highstall or Diff gears?

Hi all looking at doin my next mod to my ls1 a4,now question is would i benifit from a highstall around 3600 with my 3.07 gears or standard stall with 3.7 gears.Car has boltons only and be getting tuned shortly. On my previous car with standard stall i had 3.7s and felt good.So which one would be best bang for buck and performance wise?
