Default What converter style? 98 blazer trans 00 6.0flatflexplate

I just rebuilt my 98 blazer 4l60e that i had been running in my 6.0 swapped blazer. The 6.0 is the older type with castiron heads and a flat flexplate (not dished like the newer ones).
The stock converter went out and am trying to locate the correct app converter for it.
Are the ls1 convertors made the same dimension wise?
A friend gave me his stock 5.3 converter but is the dished type and dont look like its compatible.
I have a dished flexplate but i think it will move the converter too far out and bottom out in the pump!

Anybody know of the configuration and what is applicable for an early flat flexplated 6.0 and a 98 blazer trans.
The old 98 blazer convertor looks really similar to my old lt1 converter and am thining they arre the same besides the stator splines?
