Default Which Flexplate for my swap?

I'm confusing myself trying to find straight answer wondering if someone could help.

My Transmission:
1998 GMC Sonoma 4L60E (I'm "told" it's the older LT style)

My Engine
2005 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3 L33

Which Flexplate (size, depth, application) do I need?

.. I will be getting a stall as well if that changes or could change something (swap stall converters available maybe?)

Any input appreciated.

P.S. Trans is built for 500hp but still factory spline count, etc. and I'll be shopping for a 3000 stall

Circle D is great. I've had one of their torque converters for 30,0000 miles so far and my truck has such great acceleratory capability.
