Ok so what you're really asking is how high should you rev the motor w/ the footbrake w/ a 4000 stall?

Or did I read into this wrong?

You can buy a 2-step that'll give you a rev limiter when applying the footbrake. But for actual launching RPM, I'm not the one to give advice on that, you'll have to do passes with your set-up. I'm sure 5 guys here will give you 5 different opinions. Trial and error, is my advice. Play around with it.

8/10 cars will 60' harder by leaving off near idle.. Meaning take the slack out of the drivetrain and nothing more, ie 1100 rpms.

Try that, stabbing it all at once, and 2k, 3k, etc..

All cars are different.

It really is trial and error. I tried mine at 2500 and almost hit the wall, even ended up in the other lane for a second. I almost **** my pants. At about 1200 I can do a 2.0-2.1 60', and at around 1700 it ***** and gets. 1.9 60'. It took me about 6-8 passes to dial in my best launch rpm.
