Hey guys im installing the 77 dollar trans go shift kit from summit racing this friday and I was curious if there are any tips/tricks you all can tell me about the install? My car is a bolt-on 2000 ss with 85k easy miles on it. Thanks! o and i already installed a pretty big trans cooler.

Well personally I prefer to leave the 1-2 accum stock and use the largest suggested feed holes for 2nd and 3rd particulary with a stock band no shims this gives a more progressive shift in my opinion

Ok thanks! so no washers in the 1-2? anything that will be tricky? and what fluid do u recomend i change the filter every 15k and use dex III, my last change i used royal purple tranny fluid and herd that it was bad...
