Bellhousing bolts up. You need a spacer for the flywheel, I know the 6.0s with 4L80Es have them. You can probably find a used one on ebay cheap enough. Not sure who sells them new. You need the longer bolts as well.

The spacer is what i am after. I know the bellhousing lines up. I actually had to tap a blank on the trans that wasent used on whatever application it was in back in the day. I would like to get this adapter new as this is a very through and expenisve build...

I would actually suggest an SFI flexplate over the stock plate with adapter. Does the converter have a dual bolt pattern?

Chris @ Circle D is the best, he built me a T400 converter 4600-4800 with a LS front. The converter hooks unreal, just like a daily driver.

If you're looking for a bellhousing/scattershield I would suggest Quicktime Performance. The quality is the best I've seen so far. McLeod would be second to them but Quicktime makes a number of conversion bellhousings for cross platform/cross engine setups.

If this is just a street car, all you need is a replacement flywheel kit for a truck equipped with the 4l80E. I paid $50 for the flyweel & spacer assembly brand new from GM.

GM #12621399 Flywheel & spacer assy (used to adapt LSX motors to old school automatic transmission)

I run mid 11s with this set up. If you plan to go real fast, hughs has a nice SFI flex plate and spacer set up.

X2 on Chris at Circle D. I am very please with my Circle D converter.
