Default lq4 backed by a 4l60e

I wanted to know if anybody's use 4l60e with a lq4. I just had a 60e rebuilt with 5 pinion planetaries. Will it hold?

Ive got a 4L60e behind an LQ9.

I spent 300 on the trans to buy it.
I spent 1500 on a performance build on it.
less then 3000 miles on it with mostly freeway driving and no track time i broke the input shaft and drum.

I would suggest a hardened input shaft and drum, they are around 420.00.
if you plan on nitrous or slicks also plan on a hardened output shaft.

Or a factory 4L80E...

Im stubborn and am still using my 4L60E. If it goes out again it will get an 80E/

Well my buddy said he put a corvette input shaft in vette servos and a .500 boost valve and shift kit. And gm 5 pinion planets. The only thing I seen was that he did use the 29 element sprag I hope it holds!
